Have you ever tried choco fudge and vanilla sundae? Cool dip for hot french fries. The saltiness of the fries is balanced by the sweetness of the sundae 🙂

Cheese curds and gravy is called POUTINE, orginally from Quebec.
Turkey Stuffing is big in Newfoundland, they call it simply DRESSING.

I’m from newfoundland and frie and dressing is HUGE. its like poutine but instead of gravy you put stuffing on. so good
